Writer
We are looking for a number of people to write articles or posts about a number of topics. These could be on:
- Supported Volunteering
- The Third Sector and the context in which supported volunteering happens
- Specific barriers which may stop people from volunteering
- Case studies on previous supported volunteering projects
- Case studies about individual volunteers with support needs and what difference volunteering has made to their lives
- Reports on any supported volunteering events, fairs or conferences
Forum administrators and moderators
We would like Forum administrators and moderators to carry out one or more of the following tasks:
- Post on the forum on a regular basis in order to encourage discussion, debate and participation from members.
- Log into the forum on a regular basis to move posts which are in the wrong category
- Ensure appropriate behaviour on the forum through deleting posts and monitoring language used
Social media volunteer
We would like to recruit a volunteer to manage or contribute to our social media feeds. This would involve one or more of the following tasks:
- Posting updates to our Twitter account regarding supported volunteering and other relevant information
- Managing or contributing to a Facebook page for the project
