A blueprint for discussion

We are keen to have as much input into the development of both this site as a resource and the Toolkit as we can get but we are under no illusions that we can sit back and wait for the web community to create everything for us. With that in mind we’ve set out below both the current draft outline for the Toolkit and a general bluerprint for the discussion we hope to lead here on the site.
